Refund Policy

At Cero Superfoods Private Limited, we stand behind the quality of our products. Please read our policy regarding order changes and returns.

1. Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled within **2 hours** of placement or until they are dispatched (whichever is earlier). Once an order is processed for shipping, cancellation is no longer possible.

2. Perishable Items

Due to food safety and hygiene regulations, spices and dry fruits are **non-returnable**. We do not offer refunds for "change of mind" once the order is delivered. Returns are only eligible for tampered packaging reported upon delivery.

3. Transit Damage

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please notify us within **24 hours** of delivery. You must provide clear photos/videos of the package to qualify for a free replacement.

4. Refund Timeline

Approved refunds are processed within **5-7 business days**. Please allow **7-10 business days** for the amount to reflect in your original payment source (UPI, Card, or Bank Account) depending on your bank's cycle.

5. Return Shipping

For verified transit damage or incorrect items, Cero Superfoods bears the return shipping cost. For all other approved cases, original shipping charges (e.g., ₹50) are non-refundable, and return logistics are the customer's responsibility.

6. Quality Assurance

We are committed to delivering only the highest grade of superfoods. If our products do not meet your expectations, please reach out to us directly for a resolution.
